No. But it would make easier for future purchases.

There are two ways to pay for your purchases. By cash payment on delivery of product to you. Or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

How much for shipping will I have to pay?
Free Sri Lanka wide shipping on all orders. Shipping costs for other countries range from US$ 12- US$ 25. During the checkout process you can see the exact amount based on your address. We ship via a fully insured, package trackable, courier service such as Aramex, DHL or UPS based on your location.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery takes 4-5 business days to anywhere in Sri Lanka. And based on your country 4-9 business days from placing the order.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
No, however you may exchange an item to your liking. Please see our returns policy

How I can track my order?
It will be fully tracked, and an email notification will be sent to you by our team. The courier person will also contact you to schedule delivery time.
