At LOVI, we want you to have a great shopping experience. To this end, we know that returns need to be made extremely convenient. We strive to keep you free of any concerns with online purchases. That's why we have an extremely convenient policy. Returns are free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly pick it up from your door step and exchange it for another choice or offer LOVI credit for a future purchase. Simply contact our customer care team to make arrangements.

A few conditions do apply:
  • We do not offer refunds, but gladly offer exchanges.
  • To process the exchange, we can only accept products that are new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
  • LOVI customer care must receive your completed request for return within 5 days of receipt for customers in Sri Lanka.
  • Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative product, subject to availability of stock. 
  • If you wish to exchange for a product of greater value, you are responsible to pay the price difference before your new product will be shipped.
