At LOVI, we want you to have a great shopping experience. That means free of any concerns with online or in-store purchases. That's why we have an extremely convenient returns and exchange policy.
Returns and exchange are free. You have 90 days.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 90 days (that's 3 months!), we will gladly pick it up from your door step, return the money and/or exchange it for another choice. Simply contact our customer care team to make arrangements.
- To process the return or exchange, we can only accept products that are new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, washed or altered may not be accepted. We will take your word for it.
- Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative product, subject to availability of stock.
- Please do try to find/keep your receipt for cash refunds.
